Heart attack in the morning

So, most heart attacks and strokes happen in the morning. I knew that, although it’s not a piece of information that I’m really happy knowing. In any event, scientists now seem to better understand this phenomenon. Maybe that means they can do something about it. In the meanwhile I plan to keep my mornings about as stress free as possible.

The only thing worse than waking up to a heart attack... is not to wake up at all.
