Heart Health

This article from USA Today says there are nine risk factors that account for 90% of heart disease. They include: abdominal obesity, sedentary lifestyle, fatty diet, diabetes, eating too few fruits and vegetables, high blood pressure, smoking, and as I discussed at great length yesterday psychosocial stress. Ok, so now that we know what causes heart disease, how about if we all get busy doing something about it?
