Omega-3s and Mood

I’m a big fan of omega-3 fatty acids. I take a daily fish oil supplement (Carlson). I remember my mother used to tell me about how her parents used to line the children up every day and make them take cod liver oil. Maybe the cod liver oil helped. In any event, this article talks about the beneficial effect that omega-3 fatty acids may have on the health of the brain and on mood.
